For any sale items, you may exchange for another item or store credit.
Shapewear
All Co’coon shapewear items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We want to make sure you feel comfortable, beautiful, and empowered in our shapewear. Try our shapewear for 30-days and take our pieces for a test-drive. If you are not totally in love with it, simply exchange or return it for a full refund.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for orders made through our website.

Gift Cards
All purchases made with Co’coon Gift Cards are not subject for Refund. Gift Cards are not Cashable.

No, you can ONLY return or exchange ONLINE orders through our website cocoonshapewear.com
Is it easy to exchange items?
Totally. Just email us to hello@cocoonshapewear.com with your order number and and we will send you a return label for FREE. Pleas add RETURN and your order # in the subject line.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.
Can I return for a refund?
Yes, all returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Can you clarify shipping costs?
Co’coon Shapewear cover the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
